Landscape Maintenance

Terra Company provides services for the low maintenance yard, the extensive garden, the large commercial site, and to home owner associations. Many of our landscape customers continue with our maintenance service once their landscape project has been completed.

Services provided by our maintenance crews include lawn mowing, edging, weed whacking, shrub and tree trimming, and both chemical and manual weed control. Terra Company has certified pesticide licenses and is therefore licensed to use pesticides, weed control, and fertilizers. Maintenance programs can be tailored to the specific customer. We also provide clean-up services after storms and during any season. Mulch and pine straw services are also available upon request.

Our services include grooming of yards, lawns, and bedding areas and can be scheduled weekly or monthly. For low maintenance yards with little or no grass, we can pull and spray weeds monthly to help keep your yard looking neat and trim. We are pesticide certified under NC license # 026-27563.

Irrigation & Backflow Services

Terra Company’s personnel are fully trained and licensed to install irrigation systems to your existing water lines, ground well, or add additional irrigation to your existing system. Our crews are experienced in troubleshooting irrigation problems and can have you back up and running in no time. Terra Company is also certified to install and test your backflow preventer under certificate # GU-D636.
